A vital part of the team for more than three decades, Lam began his career at Davis as a runner and now serves as Vice President and Director of Operations. A graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts, he has helped shape the firm’s culture of collaboration, integrity, and resilience as it has evolved over the years.  Throughout his 34 years with Davis, Lam has taken pride in witnessing the growth of many talented individuals and forming lifelong friendships along the way.

 He values the honesty and dedication that define the Davis team, especially the unwavering commitment to supporting one another through both successes and challenges. Outside of work, Lam enjoys riding motorcycles, playing tennis, tackling home projects with his wife, and watching his kids grow up.
