One of I.M. Pei's historic designs finds new life in downtown Atlanta.

 
 
 

131 Ponce is a new urban infill development that houses 280 rental apartments over 2 stories of structured parking. The residents have great views of the growing Atlanta skyline and are within walking distance of restaurants, retail, and the historic Fox Theater.

One exciting aspect of this project was the great opportunity to incorporate a portion of the existing Gulf Oil Building designed by renowned architect I.M. Pei. That portion can be seen on the facade of the leasing and amenity entrance.
