CityWalk is a multi-family project containing 301 apartment units and is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. The project consists of 4 buildings. The main building is a corridor-loaded wrap product with two internal courtyards, including a pool, grilling area and courtyard. This main building abuts a pre-cast parking deck. In addition to the main building which houses a Club room, Fitness Center, Cyber Café and the Leasing Offices, there are three separate garden-style buildings that are surface parked.
