Located in ‘The Gulch’ community of Nashville, Tennessee, the Davis team designed this 5-story mixed-use apartment community to take advantage of the city’s skyline views, dining hotspots, and diverse music venues. The unique shape of the site and building design created a variety of public and private spaces to enhance the urban experience. The 296-unit apartment building includes desirable amenities, including a club room, fitness center, pool, outdoor grilling area, and cabana.
